Research has shown that being in a forest, around nature plants, smelling flowers, and putting your hands in dirt literally increases serotonin in your body and reduces levels of cortisol. So why not schedule your therapy session in nature. This can be at a park, local hiking/walking trail or lake, or outside the office by the fountains.
